Terms and Conditions of Sale — YKR Fishing

Welcome to YKR Fishing. By making a purchase in our store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Subject of the contract

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products through our online store. YKR Fishing is committed to providing accurate descriptions, clear pricing, and a secure purchasing process.

2. Purchase process

To complete an order, the customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information. The sales contract is considered finalized when you receive the order confirmation email.

3. Prices and payments

All prices include applicable VAT.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card

  • PayPal

  • Other methods available on the checkout page

Payment is charged at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. You can view our full shipping policy in the “Shipping Policy” section.

5. Right of withdrawal (Returns)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 calendar days to return the product, without needing to justify the reason.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition , including packaging, labels, and accessories .

  • For blister-sealed items, the blister pack must be unopened unless the product has a manufacturing defect. (This is the legal requirement for products hermetically sealed for hygienic or functional reasons.)

6. Refunds

Once we receive and review the return, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 5 business days , using the same payment method used by the customer.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, except:

  • error in sending

  • manufacturing defect

7. Warranty

All products come with the legal guarantee of conformity established by Spanish and European regulations.

If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will take care of its repair, replacement or, if applicable, refund.

8. Data protection

YKR Fishing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Use of the data:

  • Manage your purchase

  • Send communications related to your order

  • Send newsletters if you have voluntarily subscribed
