Personal information
Visiting this website does not imply that the user is obliged to provide any information. In the event that the user provides any personal information, the data collected on this website will be treated fairly and lawfully subject at all times to the principles and rights contained in Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and other implementing regulations.

Section "New Customer"
According to Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), we inform you that by completing the forms, your personal data will be incorporated and will be processed in files EDKAR Y ALPER SL (hereinafter, URA FISHING INNOVATION SL). The main purpose of this file is the management of registered users on our website. URA FISHING INNOVATION S.L. assures the confidentiality of the provided data and guarantees that, in no case, they will be yielded for any other use without previous and express consent of our users. We will only ask for those data necessary for the provision of the required service and will only be used for this purpose.

According to Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), we inform you that by completing the forms, your personal data will be incorporated and will be processed in files URA FISHING INNOVATION SL The main purpose of this file is to maintain the contractual relationship with our customers, facilitate the processing of orders and the conduct of statistical studies. On the occasion of the purchase your data may be communicated to the following recipients:
- Bank entities for the payment of purchases by card.
- To the Office of Consumers and Users in case of any claim.
- In the legally established cases, as is the case of the Forces and Security Forces.

We will only ask you for the data necessary to provide the required service and will only be used for this purpose.
Section "Contact Form URA FISHING INNOVATION S.L."
In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the email provided will be incorporated into a file owned by URA FISHING INNOVATION S.L. in order to manage the contact with the customer.
Consent
By sending the forms we understand that the user gives his consent to treat the data according to the purposes provided in each of the forms. URA FISHING INNOVATION S.L. will not communicate the data to third parties except in the cases legally established or authorized by the interested party. URA FISHING INNOVATION S.L. communicates to the owners of the data its intention NOT to send them commercial communications by e-mail or by any other equivalent means of electronic communication. Also, the holders declare to know this intention.
Rights of the interested parties
The interested party may exercise their ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) in relation to their personal data by sending an e-mail to info@ykrfishing.es. URA FISHING INNOVATION S.L. has at its disposal models by means of which the ARCO rights can be exercised.
Quality of the data
The users will have to guarantee the veracity, accuracy, authenticity and validity of the personal data that have been collected.
Invoicing data
Invoicing data are those indicated in your customer account and may not be subsequently modified in compliance with current regulations (Royal Decree 1619/2012, of November 30, approving the Regulation regulating invoicing obligations). The invoice will be issued in the name of the natural person or company placing the order, so the customer must ensure that the order is placed with the correct customer account. Subsequent changes will not be possible. If you want the invoice to go to a different name or company, you must be registered as a customer with the desired billing information and place the order under this account. When you make the purchase you will receive the invoice in your email and on paper with the order. It will also be stored in your customer area and you will be able to consult, download and print it as many times as you need.
Purchase order
The electronic document in which the contract is finalized will be archived in the company's administration and can be accessed by private access with the customer's registration data.
Modification of data
In this same screen you can check the data entered, in case they are not correct, you can go to your profile and modify them.
Shipping
- Delivery times vary between 24 and 48 hours for orders in the peninsula and 7 days for orders outside the peninsula. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that the transport companies meet them whenever possible.
- An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt has been signed by the customer. From then on, the customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything that should be included in the products included is included. After these 72 hours the shipment will be considered as accepted and no claims will be accepted for damages or failures with the shipment.
- In case of receiving a product damaged by transport you should contact us through our contact form by clicking here indicating the order number and the problem. This way we will be able to claim to the transport company. Once the incident is received, a new shipment will be processed if your case requires it.

Returns
In accordance with current legislation, you can proceed to return products, for whatever reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do this you must comply with the conditions set out in this page of conditions. This can be done by completing the
withdrawal document.
Return conditions for private and business customers
- Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:
- The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have become inseparably mixed with other goods.
- All goods must be returned in their original packaging with all the accessories it contains, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the article. Otherwise URA FISHING INNOVATION S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return.
- Once the return form is completed and sent, you will receive the instructions to send it to our facilities in your email. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 14 days after you communicate us your desire to exercise the right.
- You will be responsible for the transport costs incurred in returning the goods. You are free to choose the agency that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates.
- Once the goods have been received and checked that they are in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment received from you, including the cost of delivery with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer. We will pay you within a maximum of 14 calendar days after you exercise your right of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.
Warranties
URA FISHING INNOVATION S.L., the company that owns the
YKR Fishing Shopguarantees according to the laws in force and the following conditions all products it distributes. The consumer can manifest the lack of conformity that are manifested within two years from delivery. The shipping costs generated by the processing of the product warranty will be borne by URA FISHING INNOVATION S.L. in those cases where it is assumed that the lack of conformity exists in the purchased good. This must always be done following the instructions indicated by URA FISHING INNOVATION S.L., upon request and acceptance.
Cancellation of warranties
The guarantee may be cancelled for the following causes:
- Incorrect use, handling or maintenance by the Customer
- Broken or damaged products subjected to impact.
- Incorrect repair, modification or extension by the customer.
In short, no damaged material or material with evident signs of incorrect handling will be accepted.
The warranty does not cover:
- Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly due to wear and tear.
- Products modified or repaired by the customer.
Cancellations of orders
Those cancellations of orders that involve a return to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try that the period does not exceed 7 days.
