Why isn't my discount code working?

If the code is valid and you are not using more than one per order, please contact our Customer Support team from your account. 

We send you an email as soon as your order is on its way so you know when it arrives. 

For orders or tracking, use the link provided  in the email or in your account to check where the order is.

Still haven't received your order? You may not be at home and your package may be somewhere safe such as a neighbor's house or the delivery person may have returned it to the delivery center.

We want all our customers to enjoy our products, so if you are not satisfied with your order you can return us. We offer returns with a self-service option so you can process quickly and easily. To start your return you have to do it from your account, in the section "Register your return"

The refund should reach your account within 5-10 business days and you will receive an email letting you know it's on its way. 

If you do not receive your refund and it has been more than 10 working days since you received our email, you will need to contact our Customer Support team through your account.

Once received, we will refund the amount of the returned merchandise and send you an email notification. This may take 3-5 business days from the date we receive the return. 

All YKR Fishing products are rigorously tested before being marketed.  

They have a legal warranty of 1 year for manufacturing defect, YKR Fishing also offers you a half price bracket on some specific products.

Our warranties may change over time and are always determined by the date of order or purchase. The validity period of the terms and conditions of the guarantees begins on the day the product is received.
