Returns

Any product purchased at El Gran Pescador can be returned within a period of 14 days from the day the customer receives it by previously communicating it to El Gran Pescador, where we will inform you of the procedure to follow. There may be these reasons for wanting to return your order:

  • Big Fisherman's Mistake: In the event that the customer detects that the order does not correspond to the requested product, El Gran Pescador undertakes to replace said product with the correct one in the shortest possible time, running El Gran Pescador with all the shipping costs that this situation causes.
  • Defective or broken product: The return will be accepted when the product has a manufacturing defect. In this case contact us, send us the reason and the order number.
  • Damaged during shipping: If the package arrives damaged, the transport company must be held responsible. Refuse receipt of the package, making the corresponding claim. Once opened, El Gran Pescador is not responsible for the damages caused.

The return will always be in exchange for the same material and will be made only once the defect of the product has been verified.

Important: In case it is verified that the defect of returned material is non-existent, the material will not be changed or paid and will be returned to the user postage collect, being he who must assume the transport costs.

The return of any goods will require the agreement of both parties.

Withdrawal: The User has fourteen (14) calendar days to return a product with which he is not satisfied and recover the amount thereof (shipping costs will not be paid). Within this period, you can return the product to us together with the invoice. Please return the products by registered mail or with an insurance that you can do with the transport company for the value of the product. This insurance will be necessary in case of loss of the goods by the transport company. In any case, any costs of the return are borne by the customer. According to this right of return, only products that are sent with their original packaging, in perfect condition and with all their accessories will be accepted. Items that have been sent incomplete, damaged, or dirty by the Customer will not be accepted. The products must arrive in the same condition in which they were sent. The deadlines mentioned above apply from the day of receipt of the order.

Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the return requirements, we will proceed to pay you the amount of the same on the card with which you made the purchase, through your PayPal account (depending on your case) or by the method that has been charged.
